I realize it is expensive to ship them to the UK but the time and effort they save really makes them worth it. Unless you are doing this full time it could take a month to make all that stuff accurately especially if you have never done it before. I have testimonials saying just that. USPS International Priority is by far the cheapest shipping overseas. If you want a solid start I would go with the molds, templates and a few of the tools. The premium kit would be the way to go. You can make everything else you need from that. I cannot sell the CNC programs for obvious reasons.
