Hi John hope you are well,
Now that I’ve built a few guitars and seen how some other makers do things, I saw one thing that intrigued me, and I was hoping perhaps you could comment on it…
With you’re technique you joint the back pieces together WITH the centerstrip(so essentially you have two joints instead of one, one on each side of the strip).
I’ve noticed quite a few builders will joint the to back pieces together, then route a channel(Not all the way through) and fit in a center strip. I have not tried this
method but was curious as to what your thoughts are, good or bad as to doing it that way, and is there an advantage to doing it one way or the other.
    Thanks as always John!
