Below are links to some excerpts of recordings made with J.S.Bogdanovich guitars. These recordings have been generously provided by performers. The type of guitar is listed along with the performer as suggested by readers. Many thanks to the performers and enjoy listening.
Recording with Guitar from DVD Series
Three identical guitars were made during the filming of the DVD series in order to make it possible to re-shoot any aspect of the process without having to start again. Two of these instruments were sold before they were completed. One guitar was kept here in the shop to be make recordings for the DVD.
This guitar is a beauty. I actually thought about keeping this one for myself but the DVD production expenses have made that not possible. This guitar was used in recordings by Lou Mowad, Guitar Faculty at Brevard College, made at Echo Mountain Studios here in Asheville. Excerpts from the recording session are linked below. After hearing these the sound of this guitar nothing more is needed to be said, it will speak for itself. The audio has not been equalized in any way.
